I'm married to an Italian and been living in Italy for years. My husband and I are moving to Zurich. We should find a flat immediately as he should start working 1st September. Hence we are in Zurich looking. We've arranged to see a flat in zone 8032 just to be refused entry when they saw we had two babies, they were so abrupt and short that I was a bit disconcerted. This is on my first day searching so I have to admit it has put me off somewhat, however, I'm over it and want to make the best of my stay here. Is it a bad idea to look for flats in the city of Zurich or very close to it. I noticed that many people choose to live on the outskirts of the city.
