Visits to Dar, Zanzibar, and Bagamoyo

I just returned from my second visit to Tanzania and would like to carrespond with an expatriate who lives there. It is difficult getting honest information from the locals. The thing I remember the most is everyone trying to empty my bank account. I have registere my company in Zanzibar but need contact with a reputable Real Estate rental agency. Can anyone help.
