Jobs in the Netherlands?

Hello all,

I was just wondering if I can get any advice at all on getting work in the Netherlands? It looks as though one needs to speak 3 or more languages to get work. Does anyone have any advice for a Canadian girl who would like to go over there and find work for a year? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! :)
Or any suggestions on dutch companies who would take a chance on a hardworking individual who likes to learn new things?
