International Banking

I currently receive a Pension and Social Security which is directly deposited into my American bank account.
I will be moving back to NL.
Does anyone have a solution to banking with automatic deposits to a bank in NL?
I have an ING account.
Typically I withdraw cash from my USA account - and deposit it into the ING account to avoid the Wire Transfer fee.
Any International banks that work between USA and NL?
