Jobs for older expats

I am a 63-year-old teacher who would like to continue teaching in or near Amsterdam (maybe Utrecht) or work as a private nanny/tutor. My daughter is an expat who is in her 4th year and I am planning to come the summer of 2021. Ideas where to begin? I would love to make some connections before the move.
