How to find a GP or health care in Arnhem

My daughter is a student in Arnhem and is having difficulty finding a GP - either through her NL insurance, or private. She has had some sickness, but can't seem to get in to see a doctor because they don't see the illness as life threatening. Is there anything anyone can suggest to find a good GP or private doctor in Arnhem or Njamegen?
