Diabeties in Turkey

Just found this website and it is really great for information.
I am moving to Turkey (Icmeler) in a (insulin dependent) couple of months and as I am a diabetic I wondered if anyone had any experience of this in Turkey. How easy is it to get insulin out there and do I need to go to a pharmacy or to the hospital to get it? Any information or help on this would be great.
