Moving To Icmeler, Turkey

Hi, i have decided to move to turkey with my husband and 12 yr old daughter, We recently had a holiday in Icmeler in Turkey and have decided that this would be an amazing place to move to... Can you answer the following questions:

Is it hard to get work as a forreign in Turkey?

My daughter knows turkish, Does she have to go to an international school or can she go to a local school in turkey?

Are there any High Schools in icmeler?

Whats life in turkey at the winter like?
