opening a new warehouse

hi all

im thinking of opening a new warehouse, but unsure as to the location it should be in. obviously there are 3 factors with any warehouse location

shipping cost to customers
warehouse rental cost
labour costs

is there any other large multinational company doing warehouse/distribution in turkey? If so where are they located?

And what the best parcel company to use? Will the local postal deliver parcels too? Like DHL

thanks
Nick
