Health Insurance in Turkey

Hello,
My wife and I plan on moving to Turkey next month (October) and I am confused as to the insurance situation. I am 71, and my wife is 59. Do I automatically qualify for health care at no cost, or do I need to get insurance for my self as well as her? If I need to purchase health care, what is the best company to go with. Thank you
