Customs Help for Small Personal Item?

Hello! I have just moved to Turkey and am looking for assistance with finding a broker to help me retrieve a small personal item which was valued at over 150 EUR (its a music box). I have tried calling many places who all only assist companies with customs clearance.

Has anyone had any success in finding someone to help with this?
