I had an extremely bad experience flying with Air Uganda and would warn people to be very sure before choosing Air Uganda for any destination.
1. Ground staff is very rude
2. On Delayed flights, no one from Air Uganda is bothered to inform passengers on status
3. Any delay is due to technical fault in flight and another flight is on its way (truth is the flight from original destination was delayed)
4. Flight notice board will show flight departed, whereas you are still at the airport waiting for pre boarding announcement
5. Managers are no where to be seen, ground staff if found will tell they are checking status and will get back soon (that soon never comes)
Please be careful before flying and do not schedule any meeting for same date of arrival to your destination
