What are the jobs like in UAE in regards to residential construction? I have 10yrs experience in that field as well as I have been involved in several commercial projects here in Canada.

Would I just be scratching my head wondering what they are doing or are their methods similar to what we use in NA?

What about pay, since I do not have a degree in anything would I be better off staying here, or would I have a chance of getting a good job?
