Things to do/Employement opportunities

I am a 35 year old woman living in Holland at the moment. My boyfriend is working in Abu Dhabi at the moment and he will probably stay until the end of 2007. I will be coming to live with him in a few months and I am wondering if anyone can tell me if it possible for a woman to find a job in Abu Dhabi. Also, if there would not be a job, are there more women in Abu Dhabi who don't work. Are there things a Western woman can do in Abu Dhabi to keep herself busy?
