in the UAE you have to pay a year rent uup front.

I am looking for an apartment or flat or villa or anything with 3 or 4 bedrooms; that I do not have to pay all of the rent for, up front.

I will pay up to $50,000 Dihram extra per year if I do not have to pay it up front.

does anyone have a lead?
