help required for work visa

i have been working in qatar. my working visa in qatar will expire in april 07 . i have been offered a job in UAE with good position and salary. But the problem is that the current company is not ready to release me. But i can go on leave.
Now can i move to UAE without cancelling the visa of qatar directly from here.
Will there be any problem in UAE for stamping working visa.
