Single in Dubai

Well...I've been here a month and I'm finding it incredibly hard to meet people.

And it just doesn't seem like the kind of place where you can just walk up to people and say hi. You get some weird looks just glancing at people even.

So, um before I lose my mind and jump out of a window, does anyone wanna hang out? maybe catch a movie or some dinner some time?
