substation fitter/ jointer

i am a london electricity trained substation fitter and cable jointer upto 11kv seeking employment
i have been out of the industry for about 4 years but am looking to resume my career.
i have 10 years of experience but i am obviously a little rusty!
i am quite happy to take on a lesser role until i am upto speed.
i have searched many job forums and agencies but they tend to have very little on offer.
any help or offers would be much appreciated
