Need advise, please help..

Hi, I am non muslim who's married to a emirati man (UAE), we have one son. I ask him for divorce and he agreed, but he said once we got divorce my visa (husband visa) will immediately cancelled and will send me back to my country. The worst part is I cannot have my baby too. What can I do??? Now I am trying to find a job here in UAE so I will have an employment visa so I can still see my baby. My questions, is it true evrything he said ?do i have any right for my baby or i can get any support?? pls help
