Moving and Working in Zim?

Hey guys!
I'm heading to Zim soon in the hope of finding work. Although that is not an issue at the moment (I currently have a few options available), I'm wondering if anyone can offer advice when it comes to getting a work visa (i.e. how much should I expect to pay... is it a royal pain to get... any tips before I apply)?
