Is it relately easy to move to Carricou from Australia? I'm a British citizen and my partner is Scottish.

My partner is in love with the place so I'm doing some research into information/costs please for rentals and/or purchasing a small house with garden/landing in which to build on, in or around the Village of Windward and surrounds.
