Looking for USA Ex-Pat Friends in CR

I travel about every 3-4 months and my better-half lives in the San Carlos area (La Tigra). We would like to meet other ex-pat who live in the Escazu area (which is where we are planning to live once I get moved completely) in order to develop some friendships.
