Insurance- Visa application

Just seeking info. I've located a Schengen area Visa Health/Travel insurance plan. The annual fee is $656.33. It's through Insurte who is a broker for Mutuaide Insurance. Do any of you have this plan? Would you recommend it? It seems so affordable compared to the $700+/month of Cigna Global!

Thanks for any information regarding the required health insurance for VISA application.
