Just wanting to warn people about a scam artist using the name of Frederic Cuisson.fr The website shows the company is in Uzes.
Being a new expat in Herault, I wanted a clothes dryer. I did a google search and on the "sponsored Google Banner for clothes dryers" I found the Bosch dryer I wanted. It was a French company, Frederic Cuisson in Uzes, supposedly. I placed the order, paid, and it was to be delivered in 3-5 business days. It's been 8 business days & no further input from the merchant nor delivery company. Now the tracking number tells me the dryer, which was supposed to be in Uzes, is awaiting customs clearance. There's no working phone numbers for merchant nor delivery company.
I did another google search and Trustpilot popped up. There are dozens of complaints from other people with the same problem. They purchased an appliance from "Frederic Cuisson," paid for something, and it never arrived.
