Because of the sheer diversity of London's people, simply going down to a local pub will offer you many opportunities to socialise and make new friends.

In terms of religious, racial, economic and cultural diversity, are the people of this city or town diverse? Are they accepting of differences? Describe.

London gives New York a run for its money in terms of diversity. More nationalities are represented than probably any other city in the world. In general, Londoners are very accepting or diversity, - although, like anywhere there are skinheads, and the like.

What are the main industries in this city? What types of career opportunities commonly exist? How do most people find new jobs?

London has the higher number of workers in the finance industry than any other. Along with almost every other industry type, international organisations are hugley represented here.

If a friend of yours was thinking of moving to this city or town from far away, what other advice would you give them.

London is definatley a love it or hate it city. After travelling through many countries in all continents, i have to say that London is the city that offers the most. It is almost as if a bit of every part of the world is present here. It is very expensive- where ever you come from, especially rental costs.
