Pre-K to High School

How do most children get to school everyday? (bus, train, walk, etc.)

Most children go by buses and walking. But, it is very different from parent to parent.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

The facilities are not wonderful the problem is there is no communication between staff. The problem is coming from the head of school; There is no Extra activities: Indoor swimming pool, dancing, ballet, singing, painting etc.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

They have not given him extra lessons in English, wasn't taken very good care of him, but all students learn to welcome new students and take of them.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There are not a lot of social activities for parents such as: learning to know Colombo, dinners, get-to-gether and so on. There are not any parent meeting with or without the teacher discussing the school.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

Go and see the school; Everything is very complicated ...
