We're thinking about moving to Mendoza area and getting into the wine biz. My wife and I are currently farming Macadamias on the big island of Hawaii. We need to sell or trade our farm before we can move to Argentina. In our first year we produced $44,000 of mac nuts in the husk. If we start cracking and roasting we can easily quadruple that amount but we would need to hire another hand to do it. If you want to live in Hawaii and have a nice farm in Mendoza area with good water supply, we would love to hear from you. We are also open to partnering up to buy a big farm or vineyard with others that share our dream of living in Argentina. We are open to living in other parts of Argentina as well.
