Rental Wanted!

We are seeking a LONG TERM (6-12 mos min.) furnished rental, on or near the water. 1-2 bedroom, with 1-2 bath, near public transportation or within walking distance to markets etc. We are a retired couple with no children, no pets, non smokers, on fixed income. Looking to live as locals NOT tourists! Or if you can refer us to an agent with rental listings that would be helpful. Move in date flexible....Thanks all!
