Moving and transport help

Hello all,
My husband and I along with our#170 mastiff are moving to Cayo, Belize. We had a plane lined up, then a boat, both have fallen through. We are also moving with some household items. I am writing to see if anyone knows of some affordable ways for us all to get there together. I will not ship my dog separately so that isn't an option. Any options under $10,000 are a bonus!
