I'm a 45 year old single guy with no children. Despite past successes, I'm basically broke, but I'm debt free and gainfully employed in a fairly lucrative job that I can do from anywhere as long as I have reliable and affordable communications(Phone & Internet). I've never even been to Belize, but I'm not without experience in developing countries. Though I may be misinformed , I'm under the impression I could potentially rent/live in a very decent place with an ocean view in Belize for under a $1000 a month? Is that realistic? I recruit software engineers for HP. I've got to have a reliable internet and phone with affordable plans for high volume calling to the U.S. I'm basically at a point where I I know I have a lot of information to gather, but I'm ready to learn, plan and ultimately execute a move as long as the numbers work and there are no deal breakers like unreliable internet connection. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Jeff
