Hi,
I am a Chef who specializes in low-fat,ethnically inspired food.Classically trained, I've worked mostly in fine-dining,owning an eclectic, small restaurant in eastern Ont for 4 yrs.Considering a move to Belize (maybe Ambergris?)
Looking for input on the following ideas - gourmet meals, prepared in your home for you and your guests, with/without cooking lesson.
