Does any one in Belize City or San Pedro Island have a Garmin GPS computer interface cable that I could purchase or borrow for a week?

Not sure what you are trying to do but as a FYI I have a Garmin GPS, found a sd card with Belize on it - plug n play. I can be in SC and it routes me thru to Cayo town. Works well.

As far as I know the same cable is used , but quite possibly I am wrong in which case you need to be MUCH more specific about what you are looking for as the regular cables are readily available

Its just the regular cable I need. Do you know where it may be for sale in Belize City?

Help yourself out a bit and research the name of the connector on each end...example usb-c or micro usb or barrel type and those are 5.5mm to 9.5mm the the other end like USB. If you know what you are looking for you can be helped. Google can be your best friend to know what you need and are talking about.

If it is a regular cable, in Dangriga it can be purchased at Courts and a number of the small stores that deal in electronics , a very common cable.

Garmin Nuvi use a standard USB cable.
Otherwise you can load the maps onto the SD card before inserting it into the Garmin: http://www.cenrut.org/adw/over.htm
