At the Ag show this weekend among the expats around there was a big discussion about Supposed major changes to the QRP.
Story claimed a power struggle between the ministries of Tourism and Immigration,
As heard, either the QRP program was going to be completely re issued with different rules and conditions of entry. Or just fully cancelled and only the option of legal residency available to expats.
Disclaimer these discussions were in a bar area at the show.
Often some Expats like to show they are better informed on the inner workings of GOB than they often are particularly when drinking .
