Mahogany Bay Village

Hello,

My wife and I are actively looking at building in MBV in Ambergris Caye. Ideally we would like to use the home as rental income for all but 2 months out of the year where we could come and escape Michigan winters.

The plan is to do this for a few more years until we are ready to (potentially) move there either full time or increase our snow birding time there.

Any thoughts or advice on this plan or on Mahogany Bay Village in general is appreciated.
