AC Palm Bay Club Help

Hi. We purchased three lots in Palm Bay Club Ambergris Caye several years ago. We are contemplating the move to Belize now and would current like information on the area plans. We understand that it is off grid, remote and can only get there by boat, and that there may be a few homes there now.
Can anyone give us an update on any plans for that area, whether building there is feasible, and if anyone lives there now? Thanks in advance. Peace and good health!
