Health App Madness

I'm traveling to Placencia next week to look at long term rentals. My travel mate and I have attempted to fill out the Belize health app, but are having issues. Issues seem to be common with this program. I booked an Airbnb which is not listed on the app as a "Gold Star" property, but had read that if you're not in Belize for a vacation, you don't need to go Gold Star. Any advice that mitigates this madness would be welcomed.
