Looking for suggestions, Information?

I have been living in Costa Rica since June of 18. I turn 58 before the end of the year and have been disabled from a work accident since July 1990. (I am able to walk, ride and drive at this time)
I am planning a motorcycle trip to Belize sometime after the first of the year, maybe March or May?
I am looking for suggestions for areas to look into for the purpose of relocation? I am not a beach person, I like mountains or forest areas. I am willing to post more in response to questions to help find the best areas for me to take a look at?
