Health Insurance Help…!?

About to lose my healthcare coverage thru the us, and i dont have any coverage thru my employer. Been searching online but the out of packet cost for coverage in the US is just a bit much; espically considering im rarely there and am healthy young person.
Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for insurance plans for expats or americans currently living in belize long term?
