Belize "Work where you vacation" program

Anyone aware of this new program specifically designed for remote workers ? I came across this on
https://www.travelbelize.org/work-where-you-vacation/
and several other websites. However, instructions aren't very clear. For enrolling, it says apply with the immigration department but there is no link or any other details on how to apply. Additionally, Belize immigration has no mention of this program anywhere on their website.
Any idea how to avail this benefit ?
