Earth Block building in Cayo

I am interested in building with earth blocks. Is there anyone in Belize who has done this or knows a reputable contractor? I will be living in an eco-friendly self-sustaining community in Cayo-Carmelita Gardens. Also looking at constructing with concrete insulated forms. Same question-who does this?
