Architecture work

Hi,
Does anyone have any info on working as an architect in Belize. I am an established architect in northern California with about 20 years experience an I would like to start a firm in Belize in a few years. My work is mostly residential with the occasional commercial projet. Is there a demand for architects and where would be a good location to start a practice besides Belize City?
