Working for Belize Health Care?

I am a LCMHC looking to possibly move to Belize. Remote work/ telehealth is an option but I was wondering about how Belize approaches expats working in their healthcare system. I already understand the work permitting process. I have also read Belize's National Mental Health Policy published last year. Licensure is not addressed in the document.
