Applying for residency

Hello,

I want to start the process to apply for residence in Bolivia. Can people please recommend me a good lawyer who is good at this and is reliable and 'easy to find on the phone'.

Also, how do they charge here, by the hour or by case and what is the typical charge.

What is the government office that deals with immigration?

I will need to find out about extending my tourist visa while I apply for the residence one.
