Pre-Departure and Orientation
Assists clients with obtaining visa's, advises on moving logistics, and provides a through introduction to Shanghai, including neighborhood tours, medical, banking, and schooling advise, shopping tips, and cultural assimilation advice.

Home Search
Compiles a comprehensive up-to date database on the available residences in Shanghai, and organizes the properties by districts, price range, number of bedrooms, and then assists clients in choosing a home and negotiating leases and contracts with the landlord.

Post Move In Support
Helps the clients acclimate to Shanghai by providing knowledge on schools, housekeepers, shopping, banking, furnishings, and healthcare. Additionally, offers 24-hour assistance with maintenance and home problems.

Asset Management
Provides comprehensive property management, including payment of fees, overseeing maintenance and upkeep, renovation for handover, contract negotiation and execution, and coordinating bank transactions. NewPort's Asset Management assists property owners in handling the details and acts as attorney and liaison with tenants.
