How to wire money

Hello,
I am looking for advice on which Western Union office to use in Kunming. My husband will be arriving there on Nov 7 from Myanmar, and to make a long story short, he cannot use either his credit card or debit card there. I will need to wire him some money. I looked up the Western Union offices and would like to know which one(s) are closest to the airport. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. It looks as though most of the offices close at 5:00 and he arrives at 5:30 - so maybe he will have to spend the night in the airport. Well, he wanted an adventure.
Terri
