using companies to buying property abroad

I know this will have probably been asked before, and I will post similar messages in a few different country threads, but it's going to be a big investment so here I go:

Have any of you guys bought property in eastern europe? in particular, the eastern european countries that entered the EU in 2004?

Have any of you used www.propertysecrets.net, www.propertyhotspots.net or any other property advisory services to buy property abroad. They seem to offer good information for people wanting to buy property in the UK, butam not sure how good they are for abroad purchases. I'm just a bit sceptical of using these companies, but I would be more confident of using them than the estate agents within the eastern european countries.

If any of you have used these services or any other ones similar, then I would appreciate your advice on how useful they were to you and which offers the best vale for your money.

And oh yeah, the countries I am looking into in particular are: Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia and Hungary.
