My wife and I decided to move to Prague early this year from the states. We had stayed in couple of EU countries in the past but this time, we wanted to stay permanently (at least for the next 10years) and we have heard of good things about Prague... so we came :)
First problem was obviously finding a place, we tried couple of sites when looking for accommodation:

We actually settled with Nosift, was easy to get updates:

I had some cash saved, and we planned on starting our own business. We needed local information, we found www.foreigners.cz very helpful helping us with all paper works, visas and other necessary information.
Prague is an amazing city and we are so far enjoying it.
