Where to buy refurbished products?

Hello, anyone has experience with buying refurbished products (esp. laptops) in Czech? I´ve done a bit of research and https://www.terastore.cz/ is probably my favourite so far, they seem to be newer in the market but I expect, that because of that, they can provide more customer friendly service. Plus our office is near their Prague shop so I can check the products personally before buying. Your experience would be appreciated. If they´d speak English that would help too!
