Interprovincial Transport

Apparently a number of provinces have gone to 'yellow,' COVID alert and I'm wondering if it will now be any easier to travel between provinces.

The curfew is now 9PM - 5AM in Cuenca, and it seems at least some buses are supposed to be running, but it's unclear whether these would be INTRA province or INTER province. There's also a question about how to do such a trip in either case, since there will be limited seats....?

The specific issue I have is about getting to Guayaquil from Cuenca without the rigamarole of documentation that had been required regardless of transportation mode. Are we beyond that stuff yet?
