COVID Testing

Can anyone tell me where we can get a get a COVID test in Quito. We will be arriving there from the US on 9/23 and have a trip to the Galapagos scheduled for 10/3. We need to get a Covid test no more than 72 hours before leaving Quito. Thanks in advance.
